    Hi Darfuria,

Thank you for your message, let’s try to solve the problem.

Please make sure the following and answer questions below.
    – Have you installed Dymo Labelwriter Software 8.5 (you can download it from dymo.com)
    – Are you able to print a label with the DYMO labelwriter Software?
    – Are you using the standard “large address” label which normally comes with the Labelwriter? It’s a label size 89x36mm.
    – Do you have shipping enabled inside WooCommerce? Our FREE version of this plugin uses the shipping address.
    – On which OS are you using the plugin? Windows or Apple? Which version?
    – Have you checked all plugin settings? Go to WooCommerce –> DYMO Print. Have you saved the settings?
    – The plugin gives some debug information, is your printer listed?

A lot of questions, but these will guide us to a solution.

    Best regards,
    Bart

    Hello, friend

    I need your help.

I just bought the plugin but it seems that it only works in DYMO LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo. Is that right?

I bought the plugin to use my printer Zebra TLP 2884.

I am very disappointed. Please tell me that I can configure the plugin for my Zebra printer.

    Thank you.

    Thank you Jan,

    Besides of that…
Why should you buy a plugin which has DYMO in it’s name and everywhere says DYMO and think it should work with a ZEBRA printer?

    Please contact us by email.

    Best regards,
    Bart

    Ok, guys. Sorry

We purchased a 400 and hooked it up yesterday. This is with a Mac running Snow Leopard (OS 10.6.8).
Nothing. All attempts to get it to print showed just a General Print Error which was not helpful.
I erased all software installed from the installation disc. Downloaded new software from their site. Installed that.
    Still did not work.
Searching for answers I found that Dymo’s “global” site was far more helpful than their U.S. site which I found quite odd. Secondly, I found an answer that helped.
A user-board poster said to unplug the printer after the software installation. Then plug it back in. I unplugged both power and the USB cable. Waited a few seconds. Plugged them back in.
Suddenly, I could print from the Dymo software.

Still could not print with this plug-in. I shut down the computer.

Today, turned on the Mac, opened Safari, logged into our web site, selected “Print Shipping Label” and it immediately worked.

    Hi
Thank you for your input on this topic.

We know there are some problems with the DYMO software and our plugin on Mac, but DYMO, the developers of the javascript framework our plugin uses and us can’t figure out what the problems are.

As far as we know now it’s a combination of Mac OS version and browser. So if you can’t get it to work on Safari, please try Google Chrome for example.

    Best regards
    Bart
