Doesn't redirect-not sure if I'm doing it right

My boss wants our website to redirect to this website: https://www.ourwebsite.com/wp-login.php?action=register if a user types in: https://www.ourwebsite.com/register. The problem is “www.ourwebsite.com/register” does not exist. I tried using this plugin to accomplish the task, but it is not working. Any advice? (FYI- I’m not very tech savvy)
