Doesn't Redirect to Next Page, Email Sent Alert, Email Not Sent

    MultiStep 1.3.6

    Whenever I submit the form, it validates and then displays the green “email sent” alert message. However, no emails are being sent. More pertinently, the form isn’t advancing to the next page. I have a 3 page form set up, properly using the shortcodes with the hidden fields

    [hidden step “1-3”]
    [hidden step “2-3”]
    [hidden step “3-3”]

    Also, the cf7msm.js and its stylesheet and jquery 1.7.1 are loading on the page. Not sure what else the issue could be. Have disabled all plugins but these two and still no luck. Any thoughts?
