Doesn't Refresh After I Change Web Page

I printed my page. Then I made a major change on the page. I tried to print it again and it still has the first print in memory. It does not start the print job generation but jumps immediately to the print page. This page changes a lot and I can’t ask my followers to empty their cache everytime they come to my site.
