First of all, allow me to sincerely apologize for the delayed response. I have just noticed your review, otherwise I would have responded sooner.
Secondly, I am really sorry to hear you were disappointed by our plugin. If it’s not too much may I ask what theme are you using and a screenshot with the HTML added in step 1 and step 2 of Remove Footer Credits? We will try to replicate this on our end.
We’ve tested it thoroughly and so far we have not had any issues or found a theme where Remove Footer Credits does not work. However, we appreciate all feedback we receive and if it indeed does not work, I promise we will find a solution in our next update.
