Doesn't respect registration option

Plugin should be modified as per instructions here – https://blog.mornati.net/2012/07/11/wordpress-block-automatically-user-creation-in-oneall-social-plugin/ – so that it respects the blog’s setting as to whether or not registration is enabled/disabled.

Even though you can hide the buttons on the registration form, it’s useless since you can just hit the login form instead and click the button, which will auto-register a user if they don’t have an account – and currently will do so regardless of whether or not you have disabled registration.
