    Hi, sorry for the delay.
I have checked this url https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1155-feedzy-troubleshooting-guide to find the issue but I didn’t find it.
The feed is valid https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.diariojuridico.com%2Ffeed%2F and also in Simple Pie https://simplepie.org/demo/?feed=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.diariojuridico.com%2Ffeed%2F.

    In the log I found:
[Fri Jul 10 11:21:45.798116 2020] [fcgid:warn] [pid 10330:tid 140001622808320] [client 81.0.45.77:50040] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /var/www/vhosts/XXX.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/feedzy-rss-feeds/includes/admin/feedzy-rss-feeds-import.php on line 516

[Fri Jul 10 10:47:55.987115 2020] [fcgid:warn] [pid 26008:tid 140001614415616] [client 81.0.45.77:47008] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Notice: The data could not be converted to UTF-8. You MUST have either the iconv or mbstring extension installed. Upgrading to PHP 5.x (which includes iconv) is highly recommended. in /var/www/vhosts/XXX.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php on line 1421
This second error related with iconv or mbstring is weird becouse it suggest upgrade to PHP 5.x but now it’s running PHP 7.3.19

    Any idea?

@aireeria we tried it at our end and it works for us. If it does not work for you, it could mean that your host is unable to contact the feed for some reason. You may want to test it from your host and ask your hosting provider for details.

    Thanks so much!
I’m going to ask my provider but it would be great to have a specific log for the plugin so we can know what part of the process is failing.

    Regards.
