Doesn′t run in FF ……

  • Player does not work with Firefox and for 6 weeks, I received only the following information:

    “Thank you for your patience. We are still checking the issue, once completed we will update you the status.”

    It would be a really cool plugin with a friendly support but unfortunately it just does not work.

This issue occurs only when the website URL is translated to other language and it works for all other customers. Since this issue is little critical we took more time.
