Doesn't Save

  • I created a project, customized all the right-side settings, and saved the project. When I pasted the shortcode into a post, it showed me the starting hover box (like it looked before I customized via the right side). When I sent back into my project listing and tried to edit the project, it shows me the default/starting hover box. I tried multiple times, but it does not appear to be actually saving any of my right-side parameters.

    Am I missing something???

    Hi

    I tried using the plugin on my localhost and it’s working fine. I am using the latest version of WordPress which is 4.2.2. I am assuming you are talking about the border-radius when you said right-side settings.

    I can only think of one reason the might cause the problem.

    – You might have inserted “px” in the border-radius box. You only have to enter the number of the border-radius that you want.

    If you can allow me to look at the problem on your server, I will fix it for you.
