Doesn’t save all changes when editing even 1 single product row

  • Hi,
    I am using free version, when I make 2-3 data changes in 1 product row (or 2 or 3) and press save, it seems that all data were saved, but after 1 second, some of the data changes back to the old value so NOT all changes are saved most of the time just 1 or 2. So I have to check again all changes that I made. Otherways it works great. Can you please check and debug?

    Hi,

    Could you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Smart Manager plugin [i.e. v5.34.0]

    Further, could you please try to create a test product using ‘WooCommerce > Products’ and then try to reproduce the issue using the same.

    Lastly, if still the issue persists, request you to kindly get back to us with detailed steps to reproduce the issue with help of screenshots or screengrab video for the same. You can simply upload the screenshots or screengrab video on any file sharing site and simply get back to us with a link to access the same so that we can try to investigate the issue and help you in a better way.
