Doesn’t save the snippet every time

    Hi,

    I’m having a frustrating issue… but I can’t tell you why, when, how…

    Sometimes, it doesn’t save the snippet.
    And it’s not because of a syntax error.
    No white screen, no error notice…
    Sometimes I edit a comment, come back for reference and see that it wasn’t saved.

    I only have 13 plugins active.
    This didn’t happen when I had those and another 40 active.

    Got any ideas why this is happening?

    Hi Jovan,

    Is it possible that you have some sort of security module or plugin active that might be blocking Code Snippets from saving code? Some security modules will see this as potentially malicious, simply because the code contains HTML entities.

    Alternatively, do you have an example of a snippet that fails to save?

    Hi Shea,

    It hasn’t happened in a while.
    Could have been a plugin or snippet that I turned off.
    It isn’t possible to test, because it doesn’t happen twice in a row.
    Hopefully, it won’t heppen again.
