Doesn’t seem to be working

    I updated a page then pressed the Force Refresh button. It gave me a message that “You’ve successfully refreshed this page. All connected browsers will refresh within 120 seconds.”
    However nothing happened. The page was not refreshed for other connected browsers even when users navigated away from the page and came back to it. Only a manual refresh of the page worked.

    Can you provide a screen recording that shows both browser windows where the refresh is created and the connected browser not refreshing? Be sure to capture the browser console for the connected browser. Thanks!

    Hello, it seems to be working now. One tester was not getting the updates. They had three different pages open on three tabs in Chrome but updates were not appearing. After I asked them to refresh a tab the updates began happening for that page. This was the same for each page on each tab. Somehow their browser was “stuck” and needed a one time manual refresh to see the updates? I don’t understand the reason but it seems better now.
