Doesn't seem to do anything in WP 4.1

Hi there,
Just installed the plugin on a new WP installation, but it doesn’t seem to combine or move any files.
Should it still be working with the current version of WP?
Other plugins installed are
– Leverage Browser Caching Ninja
– GZip Ninja Speed Compression
but even after disabling them I get the same result.Cheers,
