Doesn't seem to work.

I have two sites. One done and one I am currently doing. https://www.bobbijokenyon.com is using wordpress 3.5.1 I installed the captcha bank plugin and it doesn’t show up anywhere.
I am developing a new site for a dentist in Colorado at https://www.wompo.net/horizon and am running wordpress 3.8. I installed the captcha bank plugin and it does the exact same thing. Nothing. So what is going on please help.
