Doesn’t seem to work

  • I installed it, went to the client’s order, been looking and looking and… nothing. I don’t see any new fields, any new options in menus or anywhere.

    I’m not sure if this doesn’t work or am I looking it wrong?

    It would be nice to have screenshoots that show where we should expect the link/option.

    Also, it is unclear if I can just duplicate order’s positions and enter different client’s data or is duplication 1:1 and I must edit it later?

    Hi there,

    There are screenshots of where to do this and is on the Orders page you can bulk duplicate or trigger the duplication when hovering over an order.

    Please note this can not be done whilst viewing inside an individual order.

    After order duplication it is like for like and the status is marked as hold so you can edit the order before saving it as an active order.
