    1. How do you test this?
    2. What have you tried for troubleshooting?
    3. Which email is affected?

    I also have the problems with emails not sending. I followed all the debugging instructions and installed Email log and SMTP plugins. Test emails are sent successfully, logs show everything is ok, but the plugin does not send email to additional addresses that I entered.

    I am travelling a lot this week, so I won’t have much time, but I can try to do some tests. What WooCommerce version, WordPress version, plugin version are you using?

    Enable WordPress debug mode on your site. Here is a list of tutorials for you: https://conschneider.de/troubleshooting-skills-using-debug-mode/ – afterwards please try again and check whether your log file has any records. If there are, please post them here.

    Also a conflict check can never hurt. You can use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ for this. It allows you to deactivate all plugins and activate a default theme just for your user session. Here is a quick tutorial: https://conschneider.de/check-conflict-wordpress-fast/

    Hi Con,

    thanks for your quick reply! After researching additional functionality of the PDF Invoice generator I realized that I do not need emails with invoices to be forwarded to another email for me to be able to print them. So I at this time I will not be debugging this issue.

    Hey Valentin,

    A good workaround is as good as any fix :). Thanks for letting me know!
    Its been a while since I updated the plugin files, so I might do some tests anyways and push a plugin update in the coming weeks.
