Doesn`t send link in mail

Hello,
Just bought and installed download-manager-4.4.0
Some problem and question.
1. I can download the file, but the mail come blank without link to download,neither single file, neither zip file with two files.
2. I can
t chose any icon to connect to file. And I cant upload my own.3. In the settings I can
t input License Key because I cant find it my Download section at https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/
