Doesnt send with dropdown menu

Hi,

One week ago my CT7 stopped working. It doesnt send. It just buffers.

I found out that only contact forms that has dropdown or select menu stopped working.
On this site I have two contact forms. The one with out dropdown works and the one with it doesnt work

The settings are the same.
What is the problem?
