Doesn't show in IE and Firefox

Have this shortcode as php in my header file as such:
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[logout-to-current]’); ?>
shows up fine in chrome, but is blank for IE and Firefox. I am running the latest versions of these browsers. Help?
