Doesnt show randomly sometimes

    First I costumised the banner and tried it several times it came on well. Now it does not come on mozilla firefox and is mostly absent from chrome also. The banner shows up only sometimes. What can be wrong and what should I do?

    does the bar come everytime the page opens? or once per start? it shows the first few times on some devices and then it doesnt

    Lot of questions because the app is behaving randomly.

    Additionally can someone tell me if someone rejects the cookie permit, should they be given the option of social media log-in??? Or does the plug-in prevent storage or something.

    Hi @vasudevb,

    If you click accept/reject in a browser session, this is saved in cookies. Thus unless the browser cookies is cleared, the banner will not be shown again for the same user. So I suggest, you may please check in an incognito window to ensure changes each time and also remember to close all instances of the incognito window to check again.

    The plugin manages the scripts that are added via the non-necesssary cookie script input section. So if you have added the social media login script via our plugin, it will be blocked if the user clicked reject and will run if the user enable non necessary category and accept.
