Doesn’t show the options

  • Hi, I installed the plugin and everything is perfect.
    But when I try to buy a gift card I cannot select any option, no option is shown.
    Maybe it could be for the theme, but if you could check what the problem might be

    It does look like a theme issue. Can you try clicking on Pimwick Plugins -> PW Gift Cards -> Settings -> Check the box that says “Apply Theme Fix”.

    If this doesn’t work, then your theme is overriding WooCommerce templates that are too out of date for our plugin to work. Contact your theme developer for assistance if that is the case.

    Thanks, unfortunately that doesn’t work, so maybe it’s because of the theme, I’m going to contact the theme developer
