Doesn’t show the subscribe option when posting a comment

I’m happy to change the review rating after someone explains what’s going on.

I installed the plugin, configured it as per the instructions, but – when I test the plug-in by leaving a comment – I don’t see the “subscribe” option as I was supposed to… any ideas?!?
