doesnt show up

hello,

i am encountering some newbie problems. First of all, how should i get the paypalbutton at my website?

second, i want to let the people redirected to a different page( in case of a succesfull transaction or a cancellation). So i created 2 pages but i noticed i cannot add pictures in those pages and the url has wp-admin in it.
can that be changed? if so, how?
