    Hey @cristiano.zanca
Can you open the Developer Tools (Console) and see if you get any JS errors?

After activating the plugin; I’m getting the following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')', expecting variable (T_VARIABLE) in /.../.../wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/controls/base-units.php on line 51

I tried it on a different installation with a different theme and all other plugins deactivated, but still get the error.

    Hey @frankomator,

In your PHP configure the variable asp_tags is enable?

    Yes, asp_tags is enabled.

I checked an installation at a different hoster and it works. The error seems to be related to the server config. The question is which one…

Okay, for now the plugin cannot working with this flag. Thanks for this report. The site not need to crash cuz this.

I added check in the plugin if this flag is enable to not crash the site. But for now, the builder cannot working with this.

Sorry for that, and thanks your report.

    Yakir

No problem. I’ve deactivated asp_tags and it works now.

    Thanks!
Can you active asp_tags flag and upgrade the plugin to v0.1.5 to check if the site is crash? I just want to be sure is not going to back to other users..

I’ve checked with asp_tags enabled. The website does not crash anymore.

(I’ve got the message “Server Configuration Problem: asp_tags is enabled, but is not compatible with Elementor. You can disable asp_tags in .htaccess or php.ini file.”)
