Doesn’t Start

  • Dear Support,

    We are trying to run a scan of the installed plugins but for some reason the plugin doesn’t start to scan when we click ‘scan site’.

    We have tried disabling wp cron in WordPress and running the cron jobs from within cPanel at fixed intervals but this did not make a difference.

    Would you have a trouble shooting suggestion?
