Doesn’t translate

Hi. Im trying to use loco translate but simply doesn’t work: i have to translate some words in English to deusch in a delivery plug-in. But when I select the word for example Delivery, from template, and I write what I want to translate inside, when I save it, simple doesn’t work, look like not connected.
