Doesn’t update Neve_Meta container on pages

    Hi, when I try to update the NEVE options in the gutember editor sidebar, I can change the options highlighted in yellow, but it doesn’t update, and I get the error:

    “Update failed. Failed to update the meta value of Neve_Meta_cotainer in the database.”

    This is presented when saving the changes in any of the three options: “disable header”, “disable title”, “disable footer”.

    Similarly, when trying to change these same options, in the NEVE options bar for inputs, the error appears:

    “Update failed. Failed to update the meta value of Neve_Meta_sidebar in the database”

    I have not been able to find out what the problem is, and I resort here for help, because I saw in a forum that in 2020 there was this problem, although the forum was closed without providing a solution.

    The information of my site is:

    WordPress v6.2.2.

  • Hi @opweb1!

    Unfortunately, I can’t replicate this issue on my test instance and no other users reported this. On my end, enabling/disabling any of those options works as expected and no error appears, so the behaviour is related to something from your environment and thus, it’s difficult to debug, given that it’s an edge case and not a general issue with the theme. Please make sure you use at least PHP 7.4 and the latest version of the theme. Installing a fresh copy of Neve should help solve the issue. Please keep in mind that it is always recommended to do a backup of your site before making any big changes, such as this one.
