  • Hi,

possible that the api key got lost due to the update?
    Can you check this?

    > The two red lines are caused by Mashshare. Any Idea how to fix that?

Try to purge your cloudflare and your autooptimize cache. Seems as when cloudflare has problems with caching the octlets stream which are used for the svg icons: https://restaurantcoverings.com/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_c56c105301a78647c31917d8753fc10c.css?cd70b5

Also check out auto optimize if there are any settings which can be adjusted for “compatibility” of external css files.

If I knew the name of the mashshare css I could possibly exclude it from autoptimize.

I also purged cloudflare and autoptimize cache, but it still show count 0 even when I enter a number in the settings and it should hide the count at all.

Edit: I tried excluding mashsb-container.css but it didn’t help

The share counts on my site are not updating. I recently enabled Cloudflare. Could that be the cause?

Please enable mashshare debug mode and let me have a look at your both sites.

@plugins24 the files are called mashsb.min.js and mashsb.js

    This files must be excluded.

The file mashsb-container.css does not exist in the mashshare package.

When I exclude them nothing happens… I really don’t know where the issue comes from. I enabled debug mode

I really like to debug that issue. Possible to give me access to your wp-admin? You can reach me info [at] mashshare.net

Why has this been marked as resolved? The counts on my site still do not update.

Should be solved with latest update. I resolve ALL requests here when i am working on them. Otherwise i have no way to easily track down the posts which i am not working on.
