Doesnt upload photo in mobiles and open blank page

Hello, I have two problems:
1) Is not possible to upload photos from mobiles (phones and tablets)
2) When click in Upload Photo inmediatily open a new tab in blank also when click Close.here is the url:

password: test123please login because the idea is all users would have theri own album of photos and noone else can see them….
