Doesn't upload when you use iOS app

I created a draft posting on my iPhone. I uploaded an image to the post. I saved the post in draft mode. When I looked at the post on the PC, it showed the URL being served from the local server. It wasn’t using the S3 content since it never initiated the upload to S3 (from what I can gather). When I edited the post and selected the file that I had just uploaded, it properly referenced the S3 file though.
