Thank you for your answer! The Options tab isn’t there in my WP dashboard. Any ideas?

If you have wp-cli installed, try these steps:

# shell
1. wp plugin install nginx-champuru
2. wp plugin activate nginx-champuru

# shell, my conf
3. wp option update nginxchampuru-enable_flush 1
4. wp option update nginxchampuru-publish single

# browser at /wp-admin
5. Check menu item on admin sidebar

If you get trouble installing plugin using wp-cli, paste the error message here.
