    Hi,

    Please open a support thread before leaving a bad review, and if you must leave a bad review, please elaborate on what didn’t work.

    Leaving a one star review like that with no details on how it doesn’t work doesn’t give me a lot to work with in terms of how to improve the plugin.

    Most likely it was a server issue or plugin conflict, but it’s impossible to know without further info. If you still need help with this issue, please open a support thread.

    Hi Matt,

    This same user left a bad review for my plugin as well. No info that I can act on either. Like you I asked for more info in an attempt to help.

    Just thought I’d let you know about this pattern…

    You dont answer questions on your own support forum so whats the point of directing people there?
