• Clearly hasn’t been updated and just plain doesn’t work in any reasonable form.

No documentation to figure out how to make the icons or currency display properly, and bugs out when it goes through to paypal.

    Hi, @lwpjapan,

First of all, thank you for taking time in writing this review.

Also, thank you for taking time to submit a support request in the forum. Giving me all details about your system (WordPress version, Theme name, active plugins, server configuration) and the error you are getting at PayPal that would help me to find the problem and find a reasonable solution for you. I really appreciate it.

The plugin has not been updated because there are currently unresolved bug reports and I am not working on new features at the moment. It has been tested with WordPress 4.7 and Twenty Sixteen / Twenty Seventeen themes. You can also see it working perfectly on my site and my blog.

Do you have any documentation to figure out how the options work? Cos they all just say ambiguous crap. What exactly is a PayPal username? is it a Paypal.me/yourname thing? Because that didn’t work. Where is the documentation for what the settings do?

Do you expect me to figure out how your brain works through this plugin?

Your PayPal username is the email address you used to register for your PayPal account. It is a standard identifier used across all kinds of payment solutions that rely on PayPal. This description is also the first result on Google if you search for Paypal username.

I am sorry to hear you find tinyCoffee Settings page confusing. I was under impression that they are pretty self explanatory, because you are the first person to express that sentiment in the 3 years the plugin has been around. Now that I am aware of it, I will be providing a more detailed descriptions of the settings.

I do expect users of my free opensource plugin to do basic research and fill support requests when something is not working/unclear.
