Properly manage subcategories in shop menu

Hi,
I’m having exact same issue as it’s on this link:
None of both solutions don’t work.
I have numerous item categories, which some are named the same but the problem is, it doesn’t create a tree inside of a menu when I choose VIEW ALL, so I don’t know which category have which parent.
Does anyone have a solution to it?

In Appearance > Menus on my test site, it shows category trees when choosing view all:

If your site doesn’t show category trees properly, You’ll want to run a conflict test to check if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict.
