But you can leave us a support request and we might be able to help you.
This is the only review less than 4* for a plugin that is in-use by over 40,000+ sites.
This might suggest that the problem is with your setup/configuration. Leaving such a 1* comment in a place that is meant for reviews is hateful, at best.
