    We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve hit up problems: that is not at all what we want for any of our users.

    Can you please create support ticket on our site xylusthemes.com/support or here on https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/import-eventbrite-events

    So far as I can see, though, this isn’t something you’ve done to date.

    I’m glad you acknowledge that our free plugin is at least fairly solid, If you can provide us further details we can surely help you out to make it working but I don’t think ‘doesn’t work’ is a particularly fair description in itself.

    It will be great if you create post in www.ads-software.com and contact us so we can help you out to resolve issue.
