Doesn’t work

I had the same error after the update to 4.7.2 – no stats. Also running the sql query said duplicate name ‘location’ as above.

Further to this after switching back to the country setting and reinstalling the smaller Geolite DB I still have no stats.

I’ve got the same issue: Updated to Version 4.7.2 a few minutes ago – and Slimstat was gone. Disappeared from the Menu and from the Dashboard / start page as well.

It’s still listed as installed plugin, but can’t be seen anywhere.
I tried to reload the wordpress admin page – no changes.
I logged out and back in – no changes.

Could you please be so kind as to help me back to Slimstat and my data.

@oldman55, is Slimstat linked in your admin bar by any chance?

@raspi0124 and @keithgbcc, could you please post a list of columns in your wp_slim_stats table?

@coolman, thanks for coming back to me.
There has been a main menu link to Slimstat (free version) 4.7.1 with submenu items (access log, overview and so on), but this main menu / sidebar link is gone with the update.
There has been as well a single overview graph in the WordPress dashboard / start page, which is gone as well.
–> No sign of Slimstat in the menu, only the “installed plugins” list says

@keithgbcc, could you check your web server error log for clues?

I can’t see anything Slimstat related in the error log Jason.

@keithgbcc, that is odd. What report is not displaying data? Just the access log?

Almost all of them are empty. For example if I go to the Audience report the only boxes with anything in them are “Human Visits” and “Users”

Oh I have just found something interesting – if I click the little refresh button in the boxes they populate with the correct up-to-date data.

I have to click the refresh button every time I visit the report. They are empty when the page loads.

Can you enable Async mode in Slimstat > Settings > Reports?

Hi Jason,

It was already enabled so I disabled it and the reports load as expected. When I re-enabled Async mode it stopped working again.
