    We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
    But we think this problem is resulted by 3rd party issues.
    Another plugin, that you have on your site, may be affecting our plugin’s work (by adding the overlay you mention on your backend).
    We wouldn’t ever add any such kind of elements in our plugin from our end, as it’s completely interfering with the operation of our product.

    Please, provide more details, like screenshots so we can have a clearer understanding of your problem and assist you to resolve it.
    Could you, please, try to deactivate all your plugins one by one to see what’s the cause of the problem?

    Thank you a lot for the very fast response! Unfortunately the site is online and very visited, I can’t do this test, but I can do it in another one and see if the problem occurs again.
