Added plugin. Doesn’t work. Vanilla installation of WordPress with no plugins at all. Straight theme 2017. Freezes up website. Removed plugin thru FTP. Site works. Reinstalled plugin. Activated. Doesn’t work.

That’s odd … sorry to hear that.

Got a link to your site and/or is there any more information you can provide, such as a link to your web hosting package and a note of any errors you found in the log, if you have access to it?

Most users don’t hit such problems especially in a vanilla WordPress environment so this is certainly a curious issue.

Thanks for your reply, but I’ve gone with another Calendar. It seemed to be a problem with the versions of both your plugin and WordPress. The plugin did work a few weeks ago when I was testing it with earlier versions but not now. I’d give you a link but it’s not installed any more.

Sorry to hear that you didn’t have an awesome experience with The Events Calendar!

Unfortunately, like you said sometimes plugins, themes and even Core WordPress can conflict with one another.

If you ever decide to give us another try, don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything!

    Take care,
    Ed ??
