    @samerbazzi Please do not ever post emails or images of emails in these forums. That’s considered Not Cool™ I don’t think you had any ill will but please don’t repeat that again.

    Initially I was going to archive this review and then the coffee made it’s way to my brain.

    This is the whole review.

    Doesn’t Work

    Didn’t work as easily as it says.

    While that is not a terribly useful or thorough review, it is feedback. You do upsell on your plugin page with this link and verbiage.

    When you did that you invited all of your paid add-on customers to leave a review of that experience. That’s what Paul did and that’s fine.

    @jdembowski I am sorry, I will make sure that this is not done again. The reviewer never contacted us, purchased on our website and the review really means nothing. I understand where you are coming from. The problem is, the reviewer stated via email that they never even downloaded the plugin here, they found us online and later came back to leave a review here. I think its very unfair for someone to purchase the product directly on our site and come leave a review on the wordpress directory without even giving us a chance to help fix the issue. Here is why i contested the review:

    1. User never downloaded the free version, went directly to paid.
    2. User purchased on our website (did not come from the WP directory)
    3. Review does not say much of anything, its not useful
    4. The user never gave us a chance to fix what the issue is (no email, no nothing)
    5. We reached our and never heard back anything.
    6. We will do what ever it takes to make the customer happy.

    Please let me know where we went wrong. Also, I am really sorry about attaching the email, I apologize for that. I just know that the wordpress directory is made for those who downloaded through it and not as a forum for premium customers.

    Please stop. Stop flagging this review, stop trying to work around this review.

    I do not think you mean any harm. Honest. I get that any bad reviews are not nice. But as I mentioned above this is a valid review.

    Reviews here are feedback. That’s all. They are not about you or anyone doing anything wrong or even right. There’s nothing here but that feedback. The reviewer didn’t swear, call anyone names or anything like that.

    When this happens, you try to turn the review around with the reviewer. And if that does not work then just reply professionally and walk away. I am sorry but that’s all there is to it.
