• It doesn’t create account on Moodle, user is empty. It basically only works to import your courses from Moodle to WordPress, just use Edwiser and pay for the add-on.

We have updated the plugin. Please use the latest version.

But in order to avail of the auto-enrolment feature, you will need to use this plugin(MooWoodle Moodle) on your Moodle site along with this plugin on WordPress instance. That plugin is also free.

It sends you an email with the Moodle site’s access after the successful purchase of a course.

It also has a bulk purchase feature, so you do not have to pay anything for these functionalities that are the foundation of the workflow.

    Thank you.

I had the same problem. You need to add some code at the beginning (see below…full instruction are in the Plugin instructins (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/moowoodle/)

Basically, what I did, was make sure the course in Moodle had a CourseID and then pasted that in between the course”” part of the code….. Namely …course”Course ID goes here”

Also, bear in mind that you need to get your customers to click on the link shown in the mail that they receive. I remind the customers to click on the link within the email.

I haven’t figured out a way to automate this yet, even with the Moodle Plugin.

    Hope this helps.

To Setup products: Product > Course Name >
    1. Click on Edit button.

Click the Moowoodle button on Product Description.
For paid product, please do this:
Change all feilds like cohort , group , course according to your moodle settings.
    Ex: [moowoodle cohort=”cohortid” group=”groupid” course=”courseid” class=”moowoodle” target=”_self” authtext=”” activity=”0″][/moowoodle]
For free product, please do this:
Change all feilds like cohort , group , course according to your moodle settings and also write something in the shortcode that appears on the view product page.
    Ex: [moowoodle cohort=”cohortid” group=”groupid” course=”courseid” class=”moowoodle” target=”_self” authtext=”” activity=”0″]Click to enrolled and Visit Course[/moowoodle]
Note: If your product is a PAID product then never ever write anything in the shortcode. If you want to add some description about your product write all the stuff below this [moowoodle][/moowoodle] shortcode, otherwise this shortcode will not work.

    *Select woocommerce email type
Woocommerce > Settings > Emails > New Moodle Enrollment > Email type > HTML
