Doesn’t work

    I tried everything and still doesn’t work at all. Clicked on New Folder, typed folder name, click on save. After that a spinner appear. After that nothing, no new folder created.

    Hi @alve39 .

    Thanks for using FileBird and sorry about that issue, I think its a conflict between plugins, be sure you do not have multiple media management plugins installed.

    Also, could you please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and leave only FileBird? Then test again to see if it would work or not.

    Had the same problem at the beginning. After I deactivated all plugins, nothing works anymore. For example, nothing happens when clicking on new folder.
    Even after I gradually deactivated one plugin after another again.
    Currently with all plugins active, nothing happens when clicking.

    Thanks for joining the thread, so if I understand you correctly, you deactivated all plugins leaving only FileBird.

    Then, you have various issues, like; not able to create folder?

    If that is the case, then please try also to switch to a default WordPress theme,if it works, then it is a conflict with your theme and you could check with theme developers.
