doesn't work :(

I installed the plugin in my single page website, but it does not work ??
It seems that not even take the css, as you can see here.

When I click on filters, the link leads to a #.
When I click on a title, the permalink opens the file single.php
In theory you should open all on the same page, right? How can I fix it? The site must perforce remain offline, I do not know how to show it ??
