Doesn’t work

  • Plugin doesn’t work. I applied 10% discount on a category. After clicked that “Apply” checkbox, the hour glass came and it stayed there for a few seconds and then it said done but on website no discount was applied.
    Tried again on a different category and it didn’t even show success message after applying discount.

    Sorry about the poor experience. But you can always reach out to us for support.

    1. You can check for the process that completed if prices are discounted in admin or not.
    2. If the process got completed, then it would show you success sign. If it didn’t complete, then you can check your server log.

    Make sure you flush cache if you are using any caching plugin.
