    The error ‘SMTP connect() failed’ can be caused by many reasons, here are a few:
    1: Wrong username and password are given in SMTP authentication.
    2: SMTP port blocked in mail server firewalls.
    3: Security restrictions by 3rd party servers such as Gmail or email apps.

    To check what’s causing the issue we need more information. We might need temporary access also later. Now it would be better if you open a thread on our private dedicated support channel.
