    Can you please share more information about the setup so we can assist you? For example;

    1. What version of WordPress and PHP are you using?
    2. Are you using the default WordPress registration page or do you have some customisations?
    3. What version of CAPTCHA are you using?

    The more information you can share the better we can understand and fix the issue.
