Thank you for your review. We tried to check if any query has been placed in any of our support channel regarding the issue but we couldn’t find one. So it would have been really better if you had given us a chance to help you before leaving a 1 star review direclty.
There are various reasons due to which the email might not be sent.
At first please make sure you have added all the necessary details in our email settings, specially From Name and From Email. Those values shouldn’t resemble to any real person’s name and email address. You can enter the values such as No Reply and [email protected]
And another reason might be our plugin uses default wp_mail function so if the default mailing functionality of your WP is not working then our plugin’s email will fail. To verify this, please register a new user and select “Send user notification”. If you don’t receive the user notification email on the registered user email address then you might need to contact your hosting provider regarding the email issue.
