Doesn’t work

  • Doesn’t work. Wnen I change status to custom one, is changes to “not paid” instead. I set auto-email when changing status to custom, but it doesn’t come.

    I would encourage just asking for help versus just leaving a 1 star. Plugin developers here work for free, so have some empathy. This particular plugin has pro features, and we offer support entirely free.

    In most cases, it may just be a conflict with another plugin. Sometimes it might not have anything to do with the plugin. Allowing developers to check out the issues and communicating in the support threads helps the community.
