I did check your site and theme.
First of all theme + plugin works.
So we have 1 of 3:
1) You have installed some plugin that in any way prevents my plugin to run.
2) You didn’t activate the plugin. I don’t see any activity of the plugin
3) Some specific issue. This could be solved only in place.
