• In the admin, there’s a green button to click to access the configuration. First, it was popping up with a “Page not found” error. I gave the developer access to my site over several days. The plugin was updated 3 times and it looked hopeful.

    The developer eventually said that it was now working. But when I tried, I then got a blank page. Developer suggested clearing the cache. I did this on 3 separate computers on 2 separate locations (2 PC’s and a Mac. But still it’s a blank config page. I sent the developer a photo of the blank page and was told again to clear the cache and given no other options.

    I would love to see a photo of this actually working! It’s a shame too, because it looks like a great plugin. ??

    Since the problem appear only from your location, we really need your help to see what happens. Yet, you doesn’t answer to our emails since weeks, so how do you expect us to help?
